WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

WET WEATHER, sessions will run unless the field has been closed for use, if there is showers sessions will go ahead. If torrential rain or unsafe playing conditions all participants will receive a email the morning of the session to confirm cancelled session & make up sessions available.

Please ensure players have the right equipment to attend their football class. NO OPEN TOE SHOES. We recommend players to wear shin pad and for over 5 years old shin pads are compulsory.

We reserve the right to amend the venue and / or coach without any obligation to credit note or refund the purchase price but will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

No refund or credit note will be given if you cannot attend the make up class.

Credit notes cannot be replaced with a cash refund.

We do not provide refunds if you change your mind.

Please ensure all participants are sun safe during our session;

If your child requires an inhaler please ensure this is brought along (compulsory).

I give consent for Academy 11 to take photos for marketing & social media use.

INSURANCE
Sporting activities require physical exertion and include a risk of injury. Participation of your child/yourself or your guests is your acceptance of that risk, on their behalf. Academy 11 will not accept liability for the injury or death of any person at a Academy 11 session or event.
Academy 11 is committed to safety and will provide at least one coach with a current First Aid Certificate
TRIAL CLASSES
Trial classes are free for all participants, trial classes are only available if there is space in the class. Trial classes do not you a spot in the class.

LEGAL
When signing up to Academy 11 programs i hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I agree to be bound by the rules of Academy 11.

I fully understand and acknowledge that: There are risks and dangers associated with participation in indoors sports events and activities which could result in bodily injury partial and/or total disability, paralysis and death. The social, financial and economic losses and/or damages, which could result from these risks and dangers described above, could be severe. I understand that the practice of Indoor Sports involves the risk of serious injury and financial/economic loss and I participate on the understanding that I am doing so at my own risk.

I agree to and hereby indemnify Academy 11 and its officers, instructors, employees and servants and each of them from and against claims of damage, personal injury or illness sustained by myself or my child while participating in any fitness activities or functions connected with Academy 11 or travelling to and from such activities or functions arising from any breach of statutory duty.

The applicant for him/herself, his/her executors, administrators, dependants, and other personal representatives, hereby absolves and indemnifies the providers and all their servants, agents, employees and other students or persons under the providers control (the “indemnified”) from all liability howsoever arising for injury or damage (including but not limited to the applicants person, whether fatal or otherwise, property and personal belonging) however caused including by the negligence of the indemnified, arising out of or participating in Indoor Sports or in any way caused by, or arising out of, any activities carried on by the indemnified.

I agree to obey the instructions of Academy 11 staff at all times and acknowledge that my membership and participation can and may be terminated at any time if I breach any of the rules and regulations of Academy 11.

In the event of an accident or injury I give my full consent Academy 11 staff to perform necessary first aid and/or call emergency services for further assistance.

I take full responsibility for any medical or emergency services incurred on my behalf as a result of an accident or injury.

Note: Academy 11 recommends that you seek medical advice before beginning participating in activities at Academy 11 and or any other exercise program and I acknowledge that I am fit to participate in activities held by Academy 11.

Academy 11 reserves the right to refuse, decline and/or cancel your membership at any time without stating a reason.

Photo, Video Audio Release: I agree that Academy 11 reserves the right to take video and audio material of all indoor sports activities and events, and that these materials may be used for display, promotion and or advertising, or sold for profit, and I hereby waive my rights to any compensation arising out of my appearance in such materials.

Academy 11 comply with all relevant legislation with regard to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, retention and destruction of personal and health information.

ACADEMY 11 — FAQ SUBSCRIPTION TRANSITION
​
1. Why is Academy 11 moving to a subscription model?
We are shifting from a term-by-term invoicing to a weekly subscription to create a more
consistent, flexible and easier-to-manage system for both families and Academy 11.
Benefits include:
ï‚· Smaller weekly payments rather than large upfront term invoices
ï‚· Automatic payments — no more chasing invoices
ï‚· Guaranteed training spots all year
ï‚· Ability to pause or upgrade plans
ï‚· Predictable and stable billing for both families and the academy

2. What are the new weekly subscription prices?
ï‚· 1 Day per Week Training: $39/week (incl GST)
ï‚· 2 Days per Week Training: $59/week (incl GST)
ï‚· 3+ Days per Week Training: $85/week (incl GST)

3. How do weekly payments work?
When you sign up, you enter your credit/debit card details into a secure Stripe checkout link.
You are charged automatically every week on the same day.

4. What happens during school holidays?
Academy 11 operates for 40 training weeks per year, with built-in breaks already factored
into the weekly pricing.
This means:
ï‚· You continue paying weekly, even during break weeks.
ï‚· Your price already accounts for these breaks — it is not an “extra cost”.

5. Is Stripe safe and secure?
Yes. Stripe is one of the world’s largest and most trusted payment platforms (used by Apple,
Amazon, Qantas).
All card data is encrypted. Academy 11 never sees or stores your card details.

6. Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can request to:
ï‚· Move from 1 → 2 → 3 days per week
Changes normally take effect from the next billing cycle.
​
7. What if my child can’t attend one week?
Your subscription holds your child training spot over the entire year.
Missed sessions due to illness, absence or other commitments are not refunded, but you
may request a make-up session where available (subject to coach capacity).

8. What if my card payment fails?
Stripe automatically retries the payment and sends you a quick link to update your card.
Once updated, everything continues as normal.

9. Can I pause my childs subscription?
Yes, under the following conditions:
ï‚· Long term Injury with a doctor’s certificate
ï‚· Long-term illness
ï‚· Extended family travel (4 weeks or more)
Pauses must be requested in writing and approved by the Academy 11 team.

10. Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with 4 weeks’ notice so we can manage coach rosters and
waitlists.
Your child may finish the remaining paid weeks.
​
11. How are tournament or holiday clinic fees handled?
These remain separate one-off payments made via Stripe.
​
12. Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes — Stripe automatically emails you a receipt after every payment.
You can also request a full annual summary.

ACADEMY 11 — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern enrolment in Academy 11 training programs and all
associated billing through our subscription system powered by Stripe. By enrolling your child,
you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Model
2.1 Academy 11 operates on a weekly subscription model for 52 weeks per calendar year.
2.2 Subscription fees are charged weekly on a recurring basis via Stripe.
2.3 Pricing depends on your selected training package (1, 2, or 3+ days per week).
2.4 The weekly fee incorporates delivery of the entire annual program, including scheduled
breaks.

3. Payments
3.1 All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3.2 You authorise Academy 11 to charge your card weekly until your subscription is
cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
3.3 If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to process it again.
3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.
4. Attendance & Missed Sessions
4.1 Weekly payments secure your child place for the year, not for individual sessions.
4.2 Missed sessions are non-refundable.
4.3 Make-up sessions may be provided subject to availability but are not guaranteed.

5. Program Breaks / Holidays
5.1 Academy 11 programs run for 40 weeks per year, with predefined break periods.
5.2 Weekly pricing is averaged over the full program and continues during break weeks.

6. Injuries & Pausing
6.1 Subscriptions may be paused only for:
ï‚· Long term Injuries (with medical documentation)
ï‚· Long-term illness
ï‚· Extended travel (minimum 4 weeks)
6.2 Pauses must be approved by Academy 11 management.

7. Changing Subscription Plans
7.1 You may request to upgrade or reduce training days.
7.2 Changes are effective from the next billing cycle when upgrading training days.
7.3 Changes are effective after a 2 week notice period is served when reducing training days

8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 You may cancel your child’s subscription at any time by providing written notice and
completing a 4 week cancellation notice period.
8.2 Payments already processed are non-refundable.
8.3 Your child may continue attending for the remaining paid weeks.
8.4 Academy 11 reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time for late/non-payment,
behavioural issues, or breaches of this agreement.

9. Tournaments, Clinics & One-Off Events
9.1 These are charged separately via one-off Stripe payments.
9.2 Fees must be paid prior to participation.

10. Weather, Field Availability & Session Changes
10.1 Sessions may be rescheduled or relocated due to weather, council field closures or
UNSW facility changes.
10.2 Academy 11 will provide reasonable notice where possible.
10.3 Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations; make-up sessions may be
offered where available
.
11. Coaching Staff
11.1 Academy 11 may change, replace or reassign coaching staff as needed for operational
reasons.
11.2 This does not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellation outside of the standard
notice period (see Section 8).

12. Media & Footage (Optional Clause)
12.1 By enrolling, you consent to Academy 11 using training and match footage for:
ï‚· Coaching and performance feedback
ï‚· Highlight videos
ï‚· Social media and marketing
You may opt out by written request.

13. Liability
13.1 Football is a physical sport and participation carries inherent risk.
13.2 Academy 11 is not liable for personal injury except where caused by negligence.
13.3 Parents/guardians must ensure children are medically fit to participate.

14. Privacy
14.1 Academy 11 does not store payment details. All payment processing is managed by
Stripe.
14.2 Personal information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.

15. Agreement
By enrolling and making payment through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
